SKY RAY S-R5 Flashlight Body Tube Gray [ P60 Host ]
I ordered a Sky Ray body from Lightake , http://www.lightake.com/detail.do/sku.SKY_RAY_S_R5_Flashlight_Body_Tube_Gray_-29782 Link .
The body arrived today , and it is a darn nice looking body and the first thing that hit my eye was the anodizing , I really like it . The second thing to hit my eye was the orange tail clicky rubber cap , it looks a little out of place , a black one would have been so much better . [ Not a deal breaker ]
The machining is very nice , and everything appears to be nicely done , and the tail clicky is no slouch , and is very nice and positive to use . The fit between the parts is a little generous when say compared to a Solarforce , but is right about the same as say Ultrafire . Now this is no real big deal as everything screws together very smoothly , and the Orings seem to be doing there job well , and once everything is tightened up , its as solid as any other light out there .

I put a Solarforce 5 mode 4.2v [ Purple ] drop in , in this light [ XR-E R2 ] , and Im using 18650's .
I tried the Xtar18700 , Trusfire Red & Black , Ultrafire 2400 Grey , and a few others , in the body and no problems , they all fit just fine .
The pill fit with a little room to spare , so I did the Al-foil trick [ wrap al-foil around the pill to tighten the fit for better heatsinking ] .
Overall Im very happy with the Sky Ray body , and for the price , its a very nice deal , so if you have some spare pills floating around , you might want to give a Sky Ray S-R5 body some consideration .

Has any used or purchased the Tower200 door frame excersise unit by Randy Couture? How effect is it?
I just saw the infomercial with UFC Fighter Randy Couture promoting a new kind of home fitness unit called the Tower200. It seems to mount to your door frame and provide a pretty solid complete (if anything) Upper Body Workout. I was pretty convinced at the quality of results it may be able to provide. And having a solid 200lbs resistents seems pretty impressive for a bunch of ropes/rubber bands, w/e. I was wondering if anybody has already tried this product out, or already purchsed it? I would like to know if its as effective as a gym, or better than utilizing dumb-bells? Is it a complete workout as they say? does it deliver the results a serious workout fanatic would want? Has anyone had any trouble with breaking parts and pieces? In other words, does it REALLY WORK, is it sturdy and reliable, and is it worth the investment?
Any exercise works. However no machine is magical. The only thing that delivers best results is hardwork. These fancy mass produced machines that get all kinds of hype on TV like the Boflex aren't as efficient as free weights.
when it comes to lifting weight, there is nothing more efficient than legit, free iron weights.
