Body for Life (which myoplex?)?

I weigh 311Lbs (28.8%fat) I'm 5'10, turning 21 feb 28th. I have just started the Body for Life program and I'm wondering which myoplex shake is best for me. Myoplex deluxe, Myoplex Original or Myoplex Lite. I wake up at 6:00am work out for 45 minutes of upper body 1 day, next day 40 minutes or cardio, next day 45 minutes of lower body, ect. I eat 1 hour after my work out 2 fist size portion or Protein and Carbs and 2 hours later I'm supposed to do the Shake. It totals to 6 meals aday, 3 of regular foos and 3 of shakes. Btw I rather lose more fat than gain more muscle. Thank you.

By gaining muscle, you will lose more fat. Gaining muscle will burn fat. Gaining more muscle enables you to burn more fat...so it really goes hand in hand. I did the body for life about 5 years or so ago, and got excellent results without doing the Myoplex. I couldn't stand the taste of them so I didn't use them. Do you have the book...or did you just do some research? They have a help line in that book that you can call for information or motivation, it's really a great program. I recommend it to everyone.
I think the type of shake you consume depends on your preference. I believe they made the lite for people who should take in less calories...it also tastes lighter than the other shakes and is a little easier to get down.
