BSN true mass questions?
Ok so im thinking about using BSN true mass and i was wondering:
1. Do i take it every day? even when i dont work out?
2. do i take it after workouts?
3. Will it make me stronger? just like whey protein?
4. do i really need 3 scoops daily?
my goals are to gain weight and get stronger but I DONT WANT TO GAIN BODY FAT.
please explain and no off topic stuff and dont tell me not to use supplements
Afterall BSN has a habit of making great protein powders. The only thing that I am questioning is the recommended use that BSN suggests. It says that you should take 2-4 servings a day, 1 serving=3 scoops=60grams of protein and then some. If you went by that recommendation, you'd be gorging yourself literally. I wish that BSN would make a chart with a weight-use ratio.
Which to buy: True Mass or Mass-Tech weight gainers?
For a weight gain supplement, would it be better to buy BSN True Mass Weight Gainer or Mass-Tech Weight Gainer Powder? As far as weight gain supplements, do you have any other suggestions for products that work really well?
OK WOW! Im looking to gain weight w/ a 5-6 day workout program my guys are helping me with. Just to clarify things up a little bit...TY
To gain mass you need to consume 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight ( I know that's allot) I start my day off with GNC Mass X its really good and contains the essential stuff you need and not all the fats.
