Changing my sleeping body clock..Any advice would be great?
Ive recently been unwell and was awake all night and then asleep during the day, now im better i cant get back to a normal pattern...if i try and go to sleep at my old usual time then i just wake up after an hour and im wide awake for the rest of the night. Should i stay awake all day even if im shattered to get it back on track? Im starting to feel really blue and want to get back to normal

As long as you only do it once and don't start using it as a sleep aid, taking a pill of Gravol will help you fall asleep. It relaxes your muscles and you just automatically fall asleep. If you take one at night, then you should fall asleep then and wake up the next day, Just make a conscious effort to stay awake all day and get to sleep at a decent time, allowing you to get enough rest. halloween costume..ideas/how to make..?
ok, so ive decided im gona go as the squeeze alien from toy story for halloween lol
i thought it was a great idea at the time, now i have no idea how im gona make it..
ive bought blue fabric/material for the body and green for the head..only problem is i have NOOO idea how to make the head shape!
anyone got any suggestions?
i have until wednesday to make the costume lol

what do u mean by a football head? :s
paper mache.... get some wire or something, and make a football shape bigger than your head. then paper mache it, cover it, and cut holes for the neck and eyes. for the eyes, make them out of a fairly see through fabric so you can see through it.
